So tonight after a long 10 mile run, an hour of grocery shopping, and an hour of cooking. I sat down to eat my mock cafe rio salad. It was pretty good, if I do say so myself. I made the cilantro dressing and seasoned rice, and cheese, warm tortillas, and even steak. It was so good. I could probably drink the ranch. I now have cilantro ranch for the next 4 weeks!!! EXCITED!!!

I don't think it will keep for a full month.
I think the package says 3-4 weeks. I think you are just jealous!
