Sam and I cooked lunch together today. We made blueberry pancakes and eggs. It was soo good. It has been a nice peaceful Sunday. Although we decided to air out our apartment today and the wind keeps slamming doors, but other than that, nice.

This semester I am doing my clinical at Timp View High School. I already started this past week, and it has been pretty fun. They had their first game on Friday and it was exciting. I think its going to be a good semester ;).

Today was Charles Bday!!! Happy Bday Charles!! A group of Magnolia people got together and ate at Jdawgs! Only the best place ever!!! It was fun to see everyone again! It has been a while for some people. I made a cake and we all just visited. I love seeing old friends.

Sam and I went shopping today because I needed some Khaki pants. Well, JCPenny was having their stupid buy one get one for a dollar. You think its a good deal, but its not. Because instead of getting 1 for $20.00 I HAVE to get 2 for 40.00. I don't have a choice because I would be stupid if I bought one for $40.00. It's just annoying. But, It did end up working out because I will be wearing these pants all semester, so I guess it's good that I bought two, but still. Its an annoying sale. You ain't fooling me JCPenny. Nope. Not at all.

Yes I did, I bought Clue. Only the best game ever invented! I always played it as a little kid and loved it, but then I played it at my sister's house and my love for it only grew stronger. :). So, I bought it. It is so fun!!! And I have to admit that I am pretty good at it! If you ever come over, I will be happy to challenge you to a game. I must say my toughest competitors are Jannette and Sam. I just LOVE this game. I'm pretty sure they are sick of it! Sam is off the hook this week since our other roommates haven't moved in yet, but don't think we won't play it before school starts!!! :) Muuuhahahahaha!

I already have our new phrase of the year. "We had it, but Jannette moved." Our kitchen is so bare now that Jannette is gone. Just look at it? Sam and I had to go out and buy some dishes because we had absolutely no spoons and like 6 plates. Its so plain now that she's gone. We are hoping our new roommates can help stock the kitchen.

This is Jannette's graduation present from Sam and I. Isn't it awesome? See, Jannette's mom makes Jannette lots of pillow cases for any and every occasion and we decided that she should have one from us. So, we personalized it. These are all the things that remind us of Jannette, or inside jokes. My favorite is the clothes over bros logo which is to symbolize One Tree Hill. She loved it!

Okay, in order to understand these pictures you have to know a little bit of background. Last year, about this time actually. Jannette, Jennifer, Sam, and I were all walking home from church. We were walking in a straight line down a ramp that was a sidewalk, and Jennifer said, "We're like the beatles, but we're not." We all pause for a second and then start laughing. 1. we were nothing like the beatles in several ways. 2. Her sentence didn't really make sense. She was the first one on our quote board and we have been calling ourselves the beatles ever since. We kick people out of the group whenever someone is mean, but they always end up back in. So, for our roommate pictures we took beatle pictures, but not actual beatle pictures because we're like the beatles, but we're not.

The first picture is kinda like an opposite of a beatles picture and the others I couldn't just pick one because they are so funny. Hand placement, feet placement, I'm not even looking straight in one of them. We are all doing something different in each of them. It was fun. The last one is just a roommate pictures. When will the beatles be back together again?

Jannette had a going away/graduation party a few days before she left. It was so much fun. Don't you just LOVE the cake? We had so much food, but it was SOOO good! We all just laughed ALL night. We did some tricks on the floor, and of course we played clue!!! I was just really fun to have one last party with Jannette and her family before she left. ;)

Jannette has Graduated! She is all grown up (tear, tear). I am very proud of her, and I wish her the best of luck through nursing school! I know that she will do great!!!

Jannette's Dad came into town and rented a car. It was a 2010/2011?? I can't remember, but that's neither here nor there. :). It was pretty. You couldn't stop looking at it!!! :) I got to sit in it too. :)

Tonight Sam REALLY wanted DQ, and I have been trying to eat right, so I was persistent. But then Jannette was like, they have mini blizzards now. I was sold. So, we went. It was good, and I didn't feel too guilty, it was kinda mini. :).

Funniest night of my life. Okay, so I say that a lot, but I have had a lot of funny nights. :). Jennifer was bothering Jannette, so Jannette threw her cup at her and this is how she caught it. It was SOOO funny. I couldn't stop laughing. Then Jennifer goes, "I'm a Ninja!" OMG so funny!!! Then Jannette said something about Jennifer only being able to fit her foot into the cup and Jennifer was like, "Is that a fat joke?" I litterally almost peed myself. Oh...I miss you guys already!!!

Today, sadly, I had to leave. I didn't want to. I was having lots of fun with them, but I had to get back to the real world. I flew out of Omaha, which I am really familiar with now, as long as the drive. Jen and I woke up and went to church and then I came home, packed, and made the drive to the airport. I was almost late. I went straight from security to my seat on the plane. Jen and Rob did it on purpose because they wanted me to stay. lol. Thanks Jen and Rob for everything, I had lots of fun. I can't wait to go back and visit!!!

Happy Anniversary Jen and Rob!!!

Today, we were suppose to go to the Mall of America, but the flights were full, so we couldn't. So, instead we filled our day with other fun festivities. One of them being the fair. It was lots of fun. We saw lots of animals, some very smelly. We saw some old buildings from like the 1800s and we saw a guy who made statues out of wood with only a chainsaw. It was pretty cool. AND of course I had a funnel cake! My fav!!! I pretty sure I gained 5 pounds that day!

Jen had to work today, so Shannin and I hung out around town. Shannin knows her way around all of Souix City. She is a smart little girl. I know I didn't know my way anywhere when I was younger. Although sometimes we went in a round about way, we always got there. :). We went to the free Souix City museum which was cute. Then we went to Billy Boy's which is a really good flavored frozen yougart place. We also went to the animal shelter to look at cats and take lunch to Jen. It was an eventful day.

We played A LOT of Clue while I was there. Like the new and improved version. Its not the same as when I was little. It was LOTS of fun. Jen is just as good as me, so it was good competition. lol. jk. Well, we were trying to take this picture with my timer. It was acting up, so we got some pretty goofy pictures. It was funny. We couldn't stop laughing.

Today, we went and visited Timmy. I didn't get any pictures though. It was good to see him. We had a good visit. It had been a while since I saw him. Then, Shannin and I made a "cheap" version of Boston Cream Pie. It was...different. Jen and Rob kept coming in and out of the kitchen saying that it wasn't going to turn out and giving me crazy looks. BUT it turned out just fine. It didn't taste like Boston Cream Pie, but it still tasted good.

The second day I was there we went swimming, of course. Jen and Rob just installed a 4ft. pool, and Rob is building a nice little deck for it. Shannin loves to swim! However, the sun didn't come out the first couple of days I was there and I was planning on getting rid of my sock tan. That didn't happen, but Shannin was very helpful to keep my feet out of the water. I also braided Shannin's hair, doesn't she look so cute? And, of course, I HAD to have Iowa's sweet corn. So, Jen made us steak, 10 dollar potateos (they are so good they cost 10 dollars), and sweet corn. It was delicious. Shannin's job was to wash the corn off.

This is Jen's old house in Souix City where she lived when she married Rob.

Today after waiting in the airport half a day, braking my suitcase, and my phone dying, I arrived in Omaha. Well, I was suppose to be in Souix City, but Jen picked me up from there and we drove to Souix City. On our way to Jen's house we took a little detour through the small town of Onawa where Jen, Timmy, and Mom lived when they were little. It was cool to see their old houses, where they use to play, go to school, and work.

Tucanos!!!

SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Good!

Jennifer took us here today to celebrate her moving to North Carolina because all her paperwork and everything went through!!! YAY!!! Congrats Jennifer! I am so happy for you!!! Thank you so much for Tucanos. It was so tasty. I decided that I love Tucanos for 3 reasons. 1. grilled pineapple. 2. cheese balls. 3. garlic sirloin!! I look kinda weird because the girl took the picture on 2 instead of 3, who does that?
