Here comes lots of pictures that I think actually speak for themselves, so just read the captions. If you want to read about my reord of the marathon check out my other blog post Here.
Also, you should feel very priviledged that I let you see some of these pictures. There were lots of pictures taken, but let's face it you can't look perfect after running 13.1 miles. So, don't judge me! :)

This is my face after the marathon. I was happy. Yeah it's dark outside. This was at 4:30 in the morning trying to get my time tracker mechanism device thingy on my shoe. The race was at 6:00 so we were up early.

Before the race! My number. It was a little chilly in the morning. I had to say goodbye to everyone at the finish line to get on the shuttle and then they met me at the finish line.

After the race, I went back to the motel and showered and then we drove to Texas Roadhouse in St. George. I had to get my calories back! :)

So, I did by eating lots of rolls!!! :)

We also drove through Zion's Park. It was pretty and cool.

Since I didn't have enough calories from Texas Roadhouse, we had ice cream. It was also a hole in the wall, but soo good.

They were huge!!!

I would just like to take this moment...hahaha, but no, for reals. I just want to thank Sammie, Jannette, and Jennifer for going with me, cheering me on, giving me a pep talk, keeping me up all night *wink*, laughing, for being at the finish line, and for encouraging me when I came home from a bad run. I really couldn't have done it without you. You guys are awesome. Thanks familia for ALWAYS being there for me! I love you all!!! Anyone else who never doubted me, thank you!

Bryce Canyon Trip. Yeah, I realized that when I uploaded these they were backwards, but oh well. It's too difficult to change them. Okay, so our Bryce Canyon Trip. Jannette, Sam, Jennifer, and I drove down south (but not too far) so that I could run the Bryce Canyon 1/2 Marathon. It was way fun. We left on Friday (today) July 16. It was about a 4 hour drive. First we had to check into our STUPID motel in Penguin. (that's not actually the city, but I can't say it let alone spell it). Then we had to go pick up my packet and running number. We actually drove the route that I was running. Then we ate dinner, and I of course had to have pizza because its my energy source. We then called it an early night because we had to be at the finish line at 4:45 to catch the shuttle. Well, we TRIED to call it an early night. Its hard going to bed at 9:00 when you are use to going to bed at 1:00 am. Its ALSO hard to go to sleep when your hotel doesn't have air conditioning!!!!!! Stupid. Hotel manager guy who couldn't speak english and just laughed at me when I couldn't understand him!!!! Don't worry, we made it fun. That was one of the best night ever!!! Even if I only got 2 hours of sleep for my run! Yeah 2 HOURS!!!

Packing!!!

Today I am packing to leave to go on my trip tomorrow to run a 1/2 marathon. I'm pretty sure I over packed because I was so nervous. I brought like 3 different pair of shorts to run it, like I was going to lose 2 or something. It was very exciting to pack for though!!!!

FLASHBACK!!!

So, this time last year, I was in Australia!!! It's crazy that it has already been a year. It feels like forever ago, but at the same time it feels like it was yesterday. I wish I could go back, or travel to another crazy place this year, but maybe next year. It was way fun. I'm glad Tae got to go with me, and I thankful for the new friends that I made. This was a great opportunity, and I hope everyone gets a chance to do something like this one day!!

Today we used our patio furniture! It was so fun. We had taco salad and WATERMELON!! YUM! It was really good and way fun.
AND, Apparently I sound like I rooster when I eat watermelon!!!

What if pizza was your energy source? Well, it is most definitely mine! If I eat pizza before a long run, my runs normally turn out pretty good! So, today I ran 10 miles and I loaded up on pizza before. It was an awesome run!!!!

This is our new patio furniture. Jannette and Sam stole it, well technically they just got if for free. Our neighbors randomly put things out by the street for people to take. We have always talked about taking some of the stuff they put out, but we have never done it. Til now. It was just too good to pass up. It may be cheap, but it works!

Today we had a WATER ward activity. It was fun. We did a balloon toss contest. I'm pretty sure David and I got really far. We also had a shaving cream fight, and a home made slip-n-slide. It was way fun! oooo...and food was involved! Watermelon, hamburgers, and hotdogs! YUM!

There was a thunderstorm today. Only the SECOND one I have been in since I have lived in Utah. It was freezing! but I just got done with running 10 miles, so it felt kinda nice. Although we played for like 20 minutes we were STILL not soaked. It just doesn't rain here like it does in Texas, but it was still nice to see some!

Taylre and I worked Lacrosse this week. It was an okay camp, just setting up was annoying. We also had to give them water every 20 minutes, but other than that it was okay. I also now have an even WORSE tan line. I am actually 3 colors now. lol. They are starting to call me kalico. :).

We saw Eclipse tonight. It was fun, and I actually enjoyed it this time. I thought they did a lot better on a couple of things, and Jacob is just hott of course. Well, here are all our feelings on what we thought of the movie. I'm starting to think that Jennifer and I should have gone by ourselves.

Jennifer has offically moved in. I am so glad that I have the opportunity to live with her, the summer will be fun! We are sad to see Ashley go, but we wish her the best with her internship in Washington D.C. Have fun!

Okay, so this was the after, after party of the 4th of July. It was from midnight-3:00 in the morning so "technically" it was on Monday the 5th. I cannot explain to you what happened, nor can any of the people that were there because not only would we sound crazy, and insane, but everyone would deny that any of that happened. But it did. We were so crazy and so insane that I don't think that any of us will ever forget it. Here are a few pictures as evidence that this night DID in fact happen. :) It was SOOO much fun.

After Linger Longer, and Disney night Sam, Jannette, David, and I had a little sparkler party. We ran around waving them like crazy. It was pretty awesome and fun. People in the parking lot next to us tried to show us up, but they couldn't. :). lol.
