You can do something similar to get from Alaska to Russia or even California to Hawaii. I think that one involves a canoe. :)

So, today I got on facebook and one of my friend's statuses said to go to google maps, type in Japan for point A and China for point B under directions and then look at number 42. This is what it said. It made me laugh!
